How We Help You Submit to Insurance:
We will provide you with the documentation you need to submit your claim to your insurance company. Once you submit your claim, if your insurance company requires more information before making a decision about your claim, they will request those documents or notes directly from us. We fill out their forms, print out the needed notes and return the information to them.
Unfortunately:
Insurance coverage is constantly changing from year to year. While we hope that your insurance will cover your appointment, many only pay a percentage for chiropractic. The amount allowed by your insurance company or your insurance plan was determined at the time of purchase. These amounts can also change from year to year with renewal.
